Managing Director of Elveden farms Ltd, in West Suffolk where we grow potatoes, sugar beet, carrots, onions, cereals and manage vast areas of SSSI Heathland. A 40-year career in land and farm management through which time I have learnt to be patient with what goes on around me! That includes being tolerant with nature, the weather, machinery and people.
